OCEAN CITY - Batters paused before stepping into the box during the Ocean City vs. Hammonton high school baseball game Wednesday afternoon.
They didn't want to miss what was about to happen.
Philadelphia Phillies public-address announcer Dan Baker was calling the game. Baker said the names of Ocean City and Hammonton players the same way he does before Philadelphia stars Ryan Howard and Jimmy Rollins bat at Citizens Bank Park.
