Chatham Anglers public address announcer Dave Weidner

The voice of Chatham Anglers public address announcer Dave Weidner has become well known around the town, and he’s often stopped on the streets or at his job at Chatham Hardware by people who recognize his smooth tone. The former educator lived and worked around the world before settling in Chatham 12 years ago. He took over the duties at the microphone at Veterans Field when former Chatham president/PA announcer Paul Galop became league commissioner in 2000.
