Public Address man shares tricks of the trade

Over the course of 30-plus years I have had the pleasure to announce basketball and football at Binghamton and Chenango Valley. I also have done every game for the STOP-DWI Holiday Classic here in Binghamton and been a part of the NYSPHSAA girls basketball championships in the Albany area.

A few years back I started at Binghamton University doing wrestling and volleyball, and splitting the soccer and lacrosse schedule.  

Being a public address announcer is one of the best "jobs" one could have. You get the best seat in the house, and get to watch various sports events, which in most cases I attend anyway.
