Terek Grozny PA announcer calls referee a 'donkey'

Terek Grozny could be in big trouble after their PA announcer yelled that the referee was a "donkey" due to a red card being given to the club's captain in their 0-0 draw with Rubin Kazan on Sunday.

Chechen club skipper Rizyan Utsyev was given his marching orders late in the game by Mikhail Vilkov which caused the stadium PA to lose his temper with the microphone switched on!

Terek honorary president Ramzan Kadyrov then apologised for calling the official a "sell-out" after the sending off in the Russian Premier League tie, but refused to back down on his bias accusations.

"I want to apologise to the entire football world for my remarks but not to the referee," Kadyrov posted on the internet, according to Reuters.

"It was a terrible game because the referee was biased. He did everything possible to change the outcome of the match - didn't award a [clear] penalty and gave Utsyev a second yellow."
