Jacksonville Jaguars host auditions to find new P.A. announcer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jaguars are in search of a new public address announcer, and they've allowed everyone to have a shot at winning the job.
In the last few weeks, the Jaguars have asked people to send in applications through their website.  On Friday night, 11 finalists auditioned for the job in front of a handful of judges at EverBank Field.  Among the finalists are Joshua Jackson, the current P.A. announcer for the Sharks and Jack O'Brien, the current P.A. announcer at Gators football games.
In a few days, the list of finalists will be narrowed down to two.  The two finalists will then each get a chance to serve as P.A. announcer during the Jaguars scrimmage inside EverBank Field on Saturday, August 3rd.  After the performances on that night, the fans will determine the winner by voting for their favorite contestant.
